The product works fine. However, I paid $12.99 for expedited shipping as my daughter needed it immediately at college and it took over 2 weeks for her to receive it. Meanwhile, she had to use her roommate’s computer, when she was finished, to do her homework. She was not happy. So, I was not happy. The company did refund the expedited shipping cost.

Product arrived on time and in condition noted by seller. It works but you have to jiggle it around sometimes. Great for using on a desk, but on your lap it loses the metal-to-metal connection because of the angle. Also, the cord is very short and makes it hard to manuver if you’re farther than approx. 3 feet from an outlet.
