    Now you have buy a small laptop that does not have a dvd/cd drive. You can plug in to a ASB port this and now you have everything.

    This product did not appear to function after installation. Directions were terrible. Am sending it back.

    The device was not capable of writing DVD’s of any form, even though it is advertized to do so. When I purchased another Acer product from Amazon it required added software, after which it worked. Someone made a mistake, and it was’nt me.

    I hooked it up on my Dell desk top. It never would work. They never did tell me why, but I figured that it did not have enough power for it to operate.

    Returning product. Inadequate instructions and unable to load properly. I’m not a techie, but this doesn’t seem to be a working product.
